Research Use Only

The products offered by Molecular Solutions Peptides are intended for laboratory research use only. In purchasing any of these items, the customer acknowledges the risks associated with the consumption, handling, or distribution of these products. These chemicals are NOT intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or any other inappropriate applications. The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license for its use in infringement of any patent. All products must be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals.

Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Molecular Solutions Peptides, customers represent and warrant that they have independently reviewed and studied the following:

Right to Deny Sales

The purchaser agrees that the products have not been sterilized or tested by Molecular Solutions Peptides for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial, or any other use.

The purchaser expressly represents and warrants that they will properly test, use, manufacture, and market any products purchased from Molecular Solutions Peptides in accordance with the practices of a reliable person experienced in the field, and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and shall not be materials that may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.

Compliance with Regulations

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the products purchased from Molecular Solutions Peptides are approved for use under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), if applicable. The purchaser must verify the hazards and conduct any further research necessary to learn the risks involved in using products purchased from Molecular Solutions Peptides. No products purchased from Molecular Solutions Peptides shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered as foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics.

Shipping

At Molecular Solutions Peptides we offer Free Priority shipping on orders over $350 within the US. All our Free Shipping offers are for US addresses only, unless specified otherwise. We offer same (business) day shipping for orders placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. All orders received after 12pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day. If you would like alternate shipping methods please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you. When your order ships, our systems will automatically generate a “Package Shipped” email notification that will include a tracking number.

Shipping rates and options, including free shipping, are subject to change at any time without notice.

Refund and Chargeback Policy

When the purchaser elects to pay for their order with a credit card, they forfeit the right to initiate a chargeback with their card provider. All orders are eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase if the order has not been fulfilled or if there was an error on the part of Molecular Solutions Peptides. Any other refund requests within 10 days of purchase may be granted at the sole discretion of Molecular Solutions Peptides.

Please note: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all cancelled credit card orders that do not result from an error by Molecular Solutions Peptides.

Research supplies such as syringes or bacteriostatic water are not included with any purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

MSPeptides will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Handling or misuse of products
  • Failure to follow safety protocols
  • Violation of these terms
