Topic 01

Research Use

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are synthetically produced chains of amino acids that serve as tools for scientific, biochemical, and laboratory research. These compounds are used in controlled experimental environments to advance understanding of molecular interactions and biological processes.

Are your products intended for human or animal use?

No. All products offered by Molecular Solutions Peptides are intended only for laboratory and scientific research use. They are not approved for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, or clinical applications.

Do you provide dosing or administration guidance?

No. We do not provide dosing, administration, injection methods, or usage instructions. Providing such guidance would conflict with our research-only positioning and compliance standards.

What does “For Research Use Only (RUO)” mean?

“For Research Use Only” (RUO) means the products are designed for in vitro studies, analytical method development, and scientific investigation. They are not intended for clinical diagnostics, therapeutic use, or personal consumption of any kind.

Are your products FDA approved?

No. Research peptides are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for therapeutic use, diagnosis, or treatment of any disease or condition. They are supplied strictly as research materials for laboratory use.

Topic 02

Quality & Storage

How are your peptides tested for quality?

Each peptide reference material undergoes independent analytical testing to verify its identity, purity, and consistency. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided to confirm these specifications and support reliable research outcomes.

How should research peptides be stored?

Proper storage is essential to maintain peptide integrity. We generally recommend:

  • Lyophilized (dry) peptides: store in a cool, dry environment, such as a freezer at -20 C.
  • Reconstituted peptides: follow appropriate laboratory handling, storage, and stability practices for the specific research protocol.
Topic 03

Orders & Shipping

Can I cancel or return my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting support. Refunds may be eligible within the timeframe specified in our Refund and Chargeback Policy. Certain restocking fees apply as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Order processing times may vary depending on product availability and verification. Once shipped, delivery times depend on carrier and destination. You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available to select destinations. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable import regulations in your country. Duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
