Welcome to the Molecular Solutions Peptides Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • To participate, you must be at least 21 years old.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and promotion.

2. Commission Structure

  • Earn 5% commission per sale, with opportunities for higher commission rates based on performance.
  • Commission is calculated based on the final sale amount after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
  • Self-usage of your affiliate code is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent or self-referred sales will not qualify for commissions.
  • A separate personal-use discount code (matching your referral discount) may be provided for your own orders, based on your referral performance.

3. Discount Code for Your Audience

  • As an affiliate, you will receive a unique 10% off code to share with your audience.
  • This discount applies to all eligible products on our website.
  • Your affiliate link or affiliate code must be used for commission tracking.
  • The audience discount code may be increased to 15% (or higher during special promotions) based on affiliate performance or during select sales events throughout the year.

4. Payouts & Cash Out Requirements

  • Payouts are available once you have earned a minimum of $100 in commissions.
  • Payout options include:
    • Store Credit (2x value – e.g., $100 commission = $200 store credit)
    • Zelle (to a U.S.-based bank account)
    • Paper check
  • Please note: PayPal and Venmo are not supported due to industry restrictions.

5. Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates may promote our products through approved channels such as social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing.
  • Prohibited activities include:
    • Spamming (unsolicited emails, comments, or messages).
    • False or misleading advertising about our products.
    • Bidding on our brand name in paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.).
    • Posting affiliate links on coupon websites.
  • Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the program.

6. Tracking & Reporting

  • All sales are tracked using cookies stored for 30 days after a visitor clicks your affiliate link.
  • You can monitor your earnings and conversions through your affiliate dashboard.

7. Commitments & Growth Opportunities

  • We ask for a soft commitment of consistent monthly referrals. This is not a hard requirement but helps ensure active participation in the program.
  • Over time, as referral sales grow, affiliates may be eligible for increased commission percentages.

8. Program Termination

  • Molecular Solutions Peptides reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.
  • Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time.
  • Any unpaid, eligible commissions will be paid upon termination if they meet the payout threshold.

9. Changes to the Affiliate Program

  • We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terms, or discontinue the program at any time.
  • Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.

3. Prohibited Use & Conduct

4. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities

MSPeptides provides COAs and testing documentation when available but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
Research supplies such as syringes or bacteriostatic water are not included with any purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

MSPeptides will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Handling or misuse of products
  • Failure to follow safety protocols
  • Violation of these terms

You agree to indemnify and hold MSPeptides harmless from any claims arising out of the use or handling of products.
